                                Adapted Sessions

These sessions are shaped by patience, sensitivity, and creativity — so you feel understood and at ease. My approach is informed by my training, and through lived experience: myself, my friends, and my family all span a range of neurodiversities.

This insight helps me bring empathy, flexibility, and real understanding to each treatment.

What Are Adapted Sessions?

  • A slower pace with time for breaks

  • Clear explanations and gentle guidance

  • Flexibility in touch, pressure, and rhythm

  • A sensory-aware approach to lighting, sound, and environment

What Kinds of Things Might This Help With?

  • Autism and sensory processing needs

  • ADHD and challenges with rest or focus

  • Anxiety or emotional overwhelm

  • Sleep difficulties

  • The need for gentler, non-clinical forms of support

  • Simply wanting a space designed with neurodiversity in mind

A Typical Session

  • A relaxed check-in where you set the pace

  • Choosing what feels comfortable — length of session, environment, level of touch

  • Reflexology adapted to suit your sensory preferences (often 30–45 minutes)

  • A nurturing, grounding focus to help calm the nervous system

  • Time at the end to pause, reflect, or simply rest without pressure

Rooted in Understanding

With warmth, lived experience, and understanding, these sessions offer a place to relax, reset, and be yourself.
