Root & Flow was created as a calm, welcoming space.
Treatments take place in a quiet private room surrounded by plants, wood and natural light.
I work with reflexology, massage, aromatherapy and restorative treatments, with an approach that is grounded, attentive and unrushed - creating time and space for complete relaxation.
Alongside training in reflexology and holistic therapies, I found myself increasingly drawn to the quieter, connective side of treatment work - creating an environment where people feel safe and comfortable to exhale and feel more at ease in themselves
